Clarion West Party at Wiscon
May. 20th, 2008 01:16 pmClarion West will have a party at Wiscon from 9 PM to around midnight on Friday, May 23, in Room 607 of the Concourse Hotel, to celebrate our upcoming 25th consecutive workshop. I know a lot of you will be there, from all over the US and across the Atlantic, and I look forward to seeing you.
Can any of you help with party setup or cleanup? Anybody who will have a car available for shopping on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, or very early Friday afternoon?
And I know about some of your readings and panels, but not all. Who all is reading at this Wiscon? I know about three book launches (Ysabeau Wilce, Devid Levine, and Nisi Shawl); who else is launching a book this weekend?
Who's going to Bittercon with Eugene instead?

Date: 2008-05-21 10:09 am (UTC)I'm trying to avoid committing exact chunks of time until I've seen the program, but there's slack between dinner time and party time, and teardown is no problem.
