Low airfares for Potlatch
Dec. 2nd, 2011 09:58 amIf you're coming to the next Potlatch in Seattle, February 24-26, now would be an excellent time to buy your plane tickets, particularly if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and like to fly on Alaska Airlines. These are the lowest airfares I've seen for this roundtrip in a long time, and the sale is over on Monday, December 5.
This would also be an excellent time to buy your membership and make your hotel reservation. The hotel is considerably more affordable than the one the last two Seattle Potlatches used. I hope to see a lot of you there, hanging out in the spacious and friendly bar.
Damn, what a shill I'm being. I wish I had a trip to the Bay Area planned... oh, wait. Maybe I do.

Date: 2011-12-08 06:05 pm (UTC)I just booked on Southwest (OAK) for $118 RT (which includes two free checked bags (note to FB about T-shirts).
But I'm going up the Sunday before and taking a license course in the week before the convention.
I'll be staying in the King St hostel for the course, since it's walking distance from the venue.
