New hip time

kate_schaeferTomorrow, I get a new hip to replace my existing arthritic bone-on-bone hip joint. I'm excited and terrified by this prospect. It should be fine. This is a well-understood surgery, and I have a very experienced surgeon. It's still a big scary deal.
I look forward to the part where I can walk comfortably again, when all the healing is over and I've built back the muscles.
