holyoutlaw just stopped by with a complete set of Patrick O'Brian novels. Okay, it's not actually a set, since some are softcover and some hardcover, but it's 20 books 20, available at the Clarion West scholarship fund auction at Potlatch, this Saturday, February 25, around 8:15 pm.

lintninja came by earlier today with one of her fabulous headdresses in royal blue and gold, suitable for wearing around the house while vacuuming if you have high ceilings, good posture, and a flair for the dramatic, or for costume parties if you insist. Other cool recent donations: Marci Malinowycz gave us a rare long-sleeved, tie-dyed Freddie Baer Potlatch T-shirt, XL, and Stu Shiffman gave us a bizarre and cool Shiffman Roman history-mystery T-shirt, XL.

Remember, if you're attending Potlatch just for the auction, this year it's Saturday night, not Sunday afternoon. If you come on Sunday afternoon, you'll be in good time for the readers' theatre play based on the works of Avram Davidson, Avramania!, but the auction will be over.

And if you've promised me anything for the auction, remember that it won't be cataloged until I have it in my hands, so get it to me as soon as you can. Thanks.
