It's a bright full moon, and there is high haze in the sky, but Glenn was still able to locate Comet Holmes and point it out to me. Who else out there has seen it so far? It's in Perseus's thigh.
I read about it on Making Light last night, but the sky was too cloudy. Tonight the clouds in the evening were thin (they've thickened now) and I was able to see the comet with binoculars. Not as impressive as Hyakutake, let alone Hale-Bopp, but still, a comet.

The last night there, though, we could see the Milky Way, which was pretty cool.
